Role Summary : As a Business Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting business operations and training initiatives within the organization. You will work closely with senior team members to execute logistics, coordinate training programs, support organizational rhythm, and contribute to culture initiatives. Coordinate training schedules, manage participant lists, and ensure logistical needs for training sessions are met. Maintain program-related SharePoint sites and ensure resources are updated. Distribute surveys, gather feedback, and organize findings for program improvement. Maintain accurate training participation records and track key metrics. Execute logistics to support operations plans and maintain rhythm of business activities. Assist in business continuation plans and resource alignment with priorities. Support budgeting process and track financial progress. Perform headcount administration tasks aligned with strategic priorities. Support team culture initiatives and assist in managing development plans. Execute internal communications strategies and support leaders with timely information. Contribute to project management and support various business projects. MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field. 5-7 years of experience in business operations, logistics coordination, or related roles. Experience in maintaining SharePoint site pages and managing training programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer applications. Preferred Skills and Qualifications : Experience with HTML and enterprise applications.
