We are seeking a Per Diem, Part Time Physician (independent contractor) to provide primary care services to all patient populations in a Joint Commission certified clinic integrated with behavioral health services and operating as a patient-centered medical home with locations and opportunities in the Lancaster / Palmdale and the San Fernando Valley. The services include but are not limited to providing physical examination; diagnosing, treating, and prescribing medications as needed by the patient population; ordering lab and diagnostic work; coordinating with the Primary Care Director and the Pharmacists in the ordering, providing oversight to the Physicians Assistant / Registered Nurse Practitioners and consulting with medical specialists.
