You’ll lead the IATF-16949 system, run audits that matter, and work elbow-to-elbow with machinists to push product quality to the next level. What You’ll Do

• Own and maintain the IATF-16949 Quality Management System
• Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance and drive improvement
• Manage document control and maintain accurate quality records
• Collaborate directly with floor Techs to troubleshoot and optimize processes
• Apply PPAP methodology and precision inspection techniques
• Support machining operations—especially lathe work—in a hands-on capacity
