Client Data Management Associate (8AM 5PM)

Responsibilities :

• Update indicative data as requested by client representatives on behalf of participants and institutions as outlined in the SLA.

Use third party database to research updated addresses for participants who have an outdated address listed in their record.

Export reports to Excel and format reports to be imaged.

Update Client payment addresses in order to ensure monthly payments are sent out correctly.

Monitor several Microsoft Outlook mailboxes in order to expedite the clients request to update indicative data.

Qualifications :

Must have a HS diploma or equivalent.

Must be customer focused and display a professional demeanor.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Possess general computer knowledge (data entry)

1-2 years prior office services related experience.

Ability to carry out assigned tasks and projects to their completion.

Ability to identify and solve routine problems as they occur.

Ability to work individually or in a team environment.

Prior database management experience a plus.

Ability to read Spanish is a plus.
