The Company is seeking a Head of Technology to join their leadership team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining and executing the company's technology strategy, with a focus on driving value for customers and creating reliable infrastructure for asset management and operations. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of new technologies and services, particularly those that enhance commercial performance and project evaluation. The Head of Technology will work closely with business leaders to identify emerging technologies, build high-performing technical teams, and forge strategic partnerships to maintain a competitive edge. Key responsibilities include developing the company's technology vision, leading product development, and supporting business growth with subject matter expertise in energy storage assets. Applicants for the Head of Technology position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive technology leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or executive role within the energy, infrastructure, or technology sectors, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in implementing technology strategies that drive growth and operational excellence. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to inspire innovation and accountability within high-performing technical teams. Familiarity with advanced forecasting and optimization technologies, particularly in the context of competitive market participation, is also a key requirement.
