We are a healthcare company pioneering new technologies to advance early cancer detection. GRAIL headquarters are in Menlo Park, California, with additional locations in Washington, D.C., North Carolina, and the United Kingdom. The role is hybrid and requires onsite presence at least two days a week in Menlo Park, CA.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain expertise in relevant clinical data for the Galleri test; translate evidence into clear, balanced claims and messaging frameworks.
• Serve as a primary marketing liaison to the field medical team (MSLs) to align education priorities, publication pull-through, and KOL engagement.
• Own end-to-end medical conference strategy for marketing : annual portfolio plan, booth and symposia strategy, satellite events, abstracts / posters support with Medical Affairs, and pre- / during- / post-conference campaigns.
• Support development of a commercial KOL strategy to drive demand; map priority KOLs, manage speaker programs in partnership with Medical Affairs, advisory boards, and testimonials / case studies.
• Lead vendors and manage SOWs, timelines, and budget.
• Drive measurement and optimization of marketing programs; share insights for continual improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

Expected full‑time annual base pay scale for this position is $164,000–$217,000. Actual base pay will consider skills, experience, and location.

Based on the role, colleagues may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance, or an incentive plan. We also offer a long‑term incentive plan to align company and colleague success over time.
