Position Overview

A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Georgia office. This is a fully remote position with occasional court appearances and onsite meetings in Georgia. The ideal candidate has experience in creditors' rights law, bankruptcy, or civil litigation and possesses strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Must-Have Qualifications

Ability to work remotely with occasional court appearances and onsite meetings in Georgia

Active license to practice law in Georgia

0 3 years of experience in bankruptcy, collections, or civil litigation

Required Skills

Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral communication

Strong analytical skills to review case law and provide recommendations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

License to practice in other states within the firm's footprint ( GA, SC, TN, FL, VA, MD, MI, OH ) or UBE passage

Education Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school
