Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience as a technical solution consultant in a cloud computing environment in customer / partner facing roles.
  • 5 years of experience with Enterprise Applications in the role of Technical Consultant or leading Implementation.
  • Experience with technology including AI / ML and Data.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, security and application development and support processes.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in developing software or infrastructure for distributed systems and with machine learning technologies.
  • Knowledge of AI Models, Large Language Models, AI agents, AI Agentic workflows and AI specialized infrastructure related to AI trends and issues within businesses.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud / IT technology space.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional team and deliver end-to-end solutions to customers / partners.
  • Ability to work with executives in Product, Developing, CTO or CIO organizations as trusted advisor.
  • About the Job

    As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and / or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Developing, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients / partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and / or product partnerships. You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

    In this role, you will help ServiceNow team understand the power of Google Cloud solutions, from infrastructure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), explaining technical features, helping partner design consultation, build / deploy / manage ServiceNow applications on Google Cloud, and problem-solving any roadblocks. You will also have the opportunity to help ServiceNow leverage Google Clouds Generative AI services, including Large Language Models and specialized Machine Learning (ML) hardware developed by Google. You will also work on increasing the sell-to and sell-with with ServiceNow and drive the initiatives across both the companies.

    Responsibilities

  • Work with ServiceNow team to onboard ServiceNow solutions on Google Cloud; Work on optimizing ServiceNow solutions on Google Cloud and drive differentiation.
  • Drive initiatives by working with product and developing teams.
  • Generate opportunities by working with field, partner, and account teams.
  • Serve as the technical lead for the end-to-end relationship with ServiceNow.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives, including the Chief Technical Officer (CTO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), and Head of Product and Developers.
