Moss is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Sourcing Electrical to lead sourcing strategy and execution for all electrical components, systems, and services across our projects. This role will drive category strategy, supplier development, and enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives that support Moss's business objectives. The Director will serve as a key leader in aligning sourcing with operations, ensuring cost competitiveness, supplier reliability, and risk mitigation, while advancing Moss's commitment to safety, quality, and innovation.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute long-term sourcing strategies for electrical components

Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key electrical suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors

Collaborate closely with engineering, preconstruction, early stage, project management, and field operations to ensure sourcing strategies support project requirements

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical sourcing professionals to deliver world-class performance

Drive implementation of Supplier Relationship Management programs, including performance scorecards and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
