Schedule : Monday through Friday, 0930a-6p.

Pay Range : $22-$26 per hour (depending on education)

Location : Lakewood on Colfax

Community Medical Services (CMS) is urgently hiring a Case Manager to help individuals suffering from addictions to opioids and other illicit substances gain access to care. Every day, under the direct supervision of the Clinic Manager, you'll serve as the primary contact for behavioral health services required outside of the counseling arena, including new client intake, wellness check phone calls, clinical documentation, and insurance needs.
