UX Specialist

A company is looking for a UX Specialist to help shape intuitive and engaging user experiences across digital products and services. Key Responsibilities Support the creation and maintenance of user journey maps, site maps, and content hierarchies Assist in developing and refining information architecture for intuitive and scalable products Conduct basic usability testing and feedback sessions to validate user navigation and content structure Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience 2+ years of experience in UX, information architecture, or related work Familiarity with user-centered design principles and usability best practices Basic understanding of journey mapping and content strategy Exposure to UX or design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Miro
