Family Nurse Practitioner – Des Moines, Iowa

Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver patient-centered primary care services in Des Moines, IA. This position is perfect for an experienced provider eager to contribute to a mission-driven practice with strong community ties.

Your responsibilities :

Conduct full-scope primary care evaluations and treatments

Manage chronic and acute conditions across age groups

Prescribe medications and develop personalized treatment plans

Promote wellness and educate patients on prevention strategies

Collaborate with care teams to enhance care quality and access

Your qualifications :

MSN or DNP with current Iowa licensure as an NP

National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C)

Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills

Experience in family practice, internal medicine, or community health preferred
