Job Description :

This job is responsible for managing collateralized debt obligations and issue tracker reports to perfect the bank's collateral. Key responsibilities include maintaining control of the bank's collateral through accurate booking on the system of record, setting up and standardizing collateral files, and preparing and reviewing tickler and exception tracking data.

LOB Specific Job Description :

Primarily responsible for perfecting bank's collateral. Responsible for maintaining control of Bank collateral through accurate booking on the system of record (SOR), set-up and standardization of collateral files, set-up and review of tickler and exception tracking data. Responsible for accurate set-up and maintenance of billing schedules, pricing options, risk rating changes and all other client record and indicative data. This role will be responsible for data accuracy and timely completion of collateral process.

This role will be responsible for reviewing CRE documents for data accuracy and routine completion of collateral process.

Responsibilities :

Perfects the bank's system of record through accurate set-up and maintenance of billing schedules, pricing options, and all other client records and indicative data

Performs administrative duties related to setting up new and / or modifying existing loans, maintains bookings on the systems of record, and identifies and enters data to provide data to modelers for loss risk forecasting

Manages the daily collateralized debt obligation suite and issue tracker reports to execute the daily loan closing process

Maintains relationships with Relationship Administrators to ensure efficient and high quality loan processing

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of mortgage experience (preferably commercial)

Direct experience with Commercial Real Estate documents to include origination note, promissory note, appraisals, CAM / CAR / ILR and modifications

Fundamental knowledge of MS Office, Excel and other internal database software

Self- motivated

Detail Oriented

Experience data mining

Must be able to work under minimal supervision

Ability to travel up to 5%, if needed

Minimum Education Requirement :

• High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
