What You’ll Do as a Nurse Practitioner

Provide both in-office and virtual family practice consultations — evaluate, diagnose, treat, and follow up with patients across Arizona.

Manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based care.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team (including Medical Assistants and a Medical Director) to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Coordinate patient care.

Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in compliance with state regulations.

Educate patients on preventive care and wellness.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR system.

Keep up with evolving primary care and telehealth best practices and standards.

What We’re Looking For

Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner (NP) license , required

Must be located in Arizona with flexibility to work both in-office and virtually

Family Practice or Primary Care experience, preferred

Prior telehealth experience, a plus

Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-first mindset

Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating EHR and telehealth platforms

Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.

What You’ll Earn
