About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced Superintendent ready to lead on a high-profile federal construction project ? This is your chance to oversee field operations for a $100M new facility project -a cutting-edge development that will set the standard for future federal construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for a large-scale federal project.
• Ensure compliance with USACE , Army Corps of Engineers , and other federal standards.
• Coordinate daily operations with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain schedule and quality.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, including EM 385-1-1 and OSHA standards.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Drive productivity and maintain a strong focus on quality and timely delivery.
