Team Coordinator Restoration

Job description

Summary : As a Team Coordinator (TC), your primary role is to serve as the safety net,

ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities within the team are efficiently managed and

executed. You will collaborate closely with various team members, including Estimators,

Project Managers (PMs), and Office Managers, to streamline processes and maintain

effective communication. The TC oversees project management, coordination, and

administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Setup and Department Management :

• Create job entries in the Professional Service Automation (DASH) system.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to assign Estimators.
• Update DASH with essential details, including dates, referral sources,
• claim numbers, insurance companies, and adjuster information.

2. Subcontractor Management and Administrative :

Pay : $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
