As Senior Data Systems Analyst at Fountain House, you will lead the design, optimization, and integration of Fountain House's data systems to ensure actionable, reliable, and scalable data is available across research, programs, and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Data Infrastructure & ETL Development

• Design and implement robust ETL pipelines integrating data from systems such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), Excel / OneDrive, SharePoint, and other sources into SQL Server databases.
• Lead data migrations from legacy systems and oversee long-term system integrations and upgrades.
• Write and maintain stored procedures, views, and functions to standardize, clean, and model data effectively.
• Develop scalable data pipelines with an emphasis on accuracy, security, automation, and performance optimization.
• Maintain metadata and data dictionaries to support governance and reproducibility.
