Salary Range : $83,054.40 To $116,276.16 Annually

PCE is a full service electro-mechanical repair and diesel repair contractor.
Project Manager Position Summary :
Oversee and lead a team in completing projects by a set deadline, schedule and budget. Monitor project progress, resolve challenges and communicate obstacles.

Position Requirements : Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience. 5 plus years' experience of military / marine or ship repair industry preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Ability to work at a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task with multiple projects. Ability and tolerance to meet due dates and deadlines and / or time constraints. Ability to delegate and lead others. Knowledge of production processes, quality control and costs. Ability to obtain / maintain a Department of Defense Security Clearance.
