We're looking for a skilled and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Property Field Adjuster, where you'll manage property damage claims and conduct inspections throughout Las Vegas, Nevada area. We're seeking an individual with excellent decision making skills, ability to work under pressure, solid organizational skills, exemplary customer service skills, as well as time management skills to balance various tasks in a standard work day.

• Handle property field claims from First Notice of Loss to conclusion, including investigation, documentation, coverage analysis, estimation development and subrogation / salvage assessment.
• Provide guidance and support to policyholders throughout the claims process, with prompt communication and excellent attention to detail.
• Conduct field-based inspections to determine the extent of the loss and prepare detailed estimates and documentation to support insurance claims.
• Establish relationships with producing agencies.
• Participation in catastrophe duty as needed. CAT duty can be throughout the United States and can last up to 4 weeks.

The salary range for this role in Las Vegas, NV is between $55,000 and $80,000 annually plus bonus and benefits mentioned above.
