Due to increased demand from our telecommunications client partner, we are in need of a Sales Enrollment Representative with an unrelenting work ethic, tenacious attitude, and a reputation as a dependable team player.

The Sales Enrollment Representative will play a key role in acquiring new customers through the execution of residential sales campaigns.

Their primary responsibility is to guide prospective customers through the sales process and help them enroll in internet, TV, and phone plans.  Sales Enrollment Representative Responsibilities :

• Interact with customers directly through residential sales campaigns in an effort to drive and achieve new customer acquisition targets Establish genuine relationships with customers, identify their pain points and needs, and clearly explain the value and benefits of telecommunications products and services Close sales and facilitate the enrollment process by completing orders using CRM software, and ensure all necessary information is collected for successful account set up  Promote and upsell services to meet customer needs and achieve sales growth Track sales metrics and report directly to Senior Managers regularly to ensure personal success Keep up-to-date with changes in pricing, product offerings, and company policies.
• Professionally represent the company at all times.
