Drive customer acquisition through direct sales, overseeing the end-to-end sales process for residential clients.

Train under senior managers and master strategic planning, client relations, and operational problem-solving.

Develop and implement personal and team performance improvement plans, focusing on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
