Fundraising Manager

DWF Labs is the new generation Web3 investor and market maker, one of the world's largest high-frequency cryptocurrency trading entities, which trades spot and derivatives markets on over 60 top exchanges.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies targeting investors, VCs, family offices, and institutional partners.
  • Lead the full fundraising lifecycle : from prospecting and initial outreach to due diligence, negotiation, and closure.
  • Leverage personal and professional networks to unlock new capital channels and deepen trust with strategic stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing investors, providing timely portfolio updates, co-investment opportunities, and ongoing capital engagement.
  • Conduct deep research into trends and translate market insights into actionable recommendations for GTM strategy and product innovation.
  • Craft and refine investor materials, pitch decks, and LP communications tailored to segmented audiences.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in fundraising or investor relations, preferably within a crypto VC, hedge fund, family office, or investment bank.
  • Proven track record of raising capital from institutional investors, with a strong LP network in place.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in crafting investor decks.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
