job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOwn the creative strategy, concept and execution for campaigns across paid, social, digital and in-store Lead campaign alignment cross functionally and present to key stakeholders Mentor and lead a team of art directors and designers, including delegating work to team members Oversee photo and video shoots including on-set direction, ensuring alignment with campaign vision Review and approve work across all campaign’s phases from concept through to execution 10+ years’ creative direction and design experience working with beauty, fashion and / or lifestyle brands Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma experience a plus Proven experience leading large-scale 350 campaigns and directing photo and video shoots Experience leading and managing a small creative team, including delegating projects Strong communicator with the ability to present to key stakeholders Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
