SENIOR TAX MANAGER

Job Description

A well-known, aggressive CPA firm is ready to add the next leader to the team. This opportunity is part of the firms plan for growth and the strengthening of the public tax side of business. They are seeking a Tax Manager to oversee a team of highly motivated staff. The successful Tax Manager will have high ethical standards and make an impact on day one. This position is fast tracked to partnership. Performance Expectations for the Tax Manager :

• Oversee and train a team of highly motivated staff accountants / tax accountants
• Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clients
• Oversee complex tax projects for a variety of clients and diverse industries
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Be a hands-on leader

Experience / Qualifications for the Tax Manager :

40 hours per week during busy season
