Shift : All Shifts Available

Salary : Up to $40 / hour

Responsibilities :

Evaluate and oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Department

Ensure nursing staff compliance with all state regulations and facility guidelines

Participate in facility surveys and audits

Conduct daily rounds to uphold nursing standards and quality of care

Address and promptly report resident complaints and grievances

Qualifications :

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida

Strong leadership and communication skills

Commitment to providing excellent patient care
