Terminal Manager - Service Center Manager

We are immediately hiring a Terminal Manager - Service Center Manager in Nashville, TN, for our Supply Chain Solutions division. Apply here today to join our Ryder Ever Better Team.

Pay Type : Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month

Annual Salary Pay : $70,000-$80,000 per year based on experience

Annual Bonus : Up to 10% of base salary

Schedule : Monday-Friday, and Saturdays as needed

Hours : 6 : 00am-3 : 00pm

Terminal operations management experience is preferred

Successful experience leading, coaching, and developing employees is preferred

The Terminal Manager / Logistics Manager is responsible to manage all activities associated with the efficient operation of accounts. This includes P&L responsibility, ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations and safety.

Compensation Information : The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data / ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and / or long-term incentive plan based on the level and / or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below :

Pay Type : Salaried

Minimum Pay Range : $70,000

Maximum Pay Range : $80,000
