    What You’ll Do :

  • Safely deliver propane to residential & commercial customers
  • Operate a bobtail truck with professionalism and care
  • Complete daily paperwork and vehicle inspections
  • Represent Pinnacle with top-notch customer service

    • What You’ll Need :

  • Valid CDL (Class A, B, or C) with Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements
  • 1+ years of commercial driving experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Safety-first mindset & reliable work ethic
  • Bonus if you have oil, gas, or propane experience!

    Sign-On Bonus Policy :

  • Current fully-endorsed, CDL holders only are eligible for the sign-on bonus.
  • Payout would apply to any new candidate or former employee with a separation before 1 / 1 / 2020.
  • New hire will be eligible for an initial payment of $750 following 90 days from his / her date of hire to be paid out on the next payroll.
  • New hire will receive final payout of $2,250 following 12 months from his / her date of hire to be paid out on the next payroll.
  • New hire forfeits the entire bonus ($3,000) if he / she resigns, is terminated for cause, or fails any portion of the new hire screening process prior to their 30th day of employment.
  • Employee forfeits the second payout ($2,250) if he / she resigns or is terminated for cause after their 30th day of employment but prior to their 12th completed month of employment.
