Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst.Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date budget-to-actual variance analysis, identifying key business drivers and recommending actionable insights
• Lead the maintenance and enhancement of the integrated forecasting system within SAP Analytics Cloud, coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Improve and streamline processes related to SAP Analytics Cloud budget cycles
• Create training documentation, conduct user training sessions, and provide ongoing support for SAP Analytics Cloud users
• Design, maintain, and present Power BI reports to deliver impactful business insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and develop new processes or business insights
• Conduct competitor analysis and prepare executive-level reports
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc presentations for senior leadership
• Promote and support a culture of continuous improvement aligned with company principles
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
