Fennemore, an AM Law 200 law firm that helps businesses thrive, has an immediate need for  an experienced attorney to join its established corporate practice in San Bernardino . The ideal candidate will have  at least eight years’ significant experience in general commercial transactions, and real estate experience is helpful. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated candidates with a commitment to providing excellent legal services to grow a well-established and thriving practice. Excellent professional credentials and client service capabilities required.

This is a position for a team player who brings experience in these areas, and has excellent analytical, negotiating and drafting skills. Salary range starts at $200,000, depending on experience and other factors, plus bonus. California Bar membership required.
