Configuration Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Configurations Manager to join a fast-growing team in Midland, TX , supporting the development and production of satellite systems. This is a on-site role focused on PLM administration, system configuration, and integration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as Primary CM PLM Technical Administrator and Fusion Manage 360 PLM System Admin.
• Configure systems for engineering processes and integrations (CAD / PLM / ERP / MES).
• Manage engineering change orders, releases, and satellite configurations.
• Mentor users, collect metrics / KPIs, audit data, and resolve sync errors.
• Develop reports, tools, and improvements (., poke-yoke, automation).
• Liaise with 3rd-party support for licensing and cost optimization.
