The Company is seeking a Senior Director / Vice President of Architecture to lead a dynamic team of IT professionals in the design and optimization of software solutions, with a primary focus on Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics ERP. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the integration and expansion of these systems to support critical business operations, including manufacturing, sales, installation, and customer service. This role demands a leader with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, deep technical expertise in the relevant platforms, and a proven track record in architecting, developing, and implementing solutions. The Senior Director will also be tasked with setting the strategy and guiding the execution of various IT initiatives, ensuring seamless system integration, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities for the Senior Director / Vice President of Architecture include leading and improving support for Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems, driving integrations across various clouds and modules, and championing the Client 360 model. The position requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in system performance, security, and compliance, as well as experience in managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with an MBA or master's in a technology field preferred, and at least 6 years of experience in solution architecture, software development, and people leadership. Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills are essential, as is a demonstrated ability to drive innovation and build a culture of accountability and excellence.
