Traveling Floor Crew - Non Driver

Overview

Job Description : We are seeking a proactive and experienced Floor Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in janitorial or custodial services, with leadership skills to manage a team and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead a team of floor cleaning technicians to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Manage daily cleaning tasks including mopping, cleaning restrooms, carpet cleaning, windows, dusting, pressure washing, upholstery, etc.
• Train new team members on floor care techniques and safety procedures.
• Monitor cleaning equipment and supplies inventory, and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Inspect work performed by team members to ensure adherence to quality standards and client specifications.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and prepare reports as required.
