Position Summary :
The Workforce Outcomes Specialist supports and coaches youth participants to empower them to achieve at their highest potential to secure employment and begin a career in a defined employment sector. The Workforce Outcome Collection Specialist is tasked with the career and education coaching aspect of participants that are enrolled in Workforce Sector Based programs and services. This position also provides data and systems management for participant outcome tracking.
This person will report to and work closely with the Retention Coordinator and Workforce team to increase and diversify placement opportunities for all the workforce development programs serving young adults ages 16-24 and working age 18+. The Outcomes Collection Specialist will support the strategic program plan for mapping, researching, prospecting and securing employment information, sector-based prospects and lead support all relevant partner and program alumni engagement.
They must be able to adapt to a fast-paced, continually evolving environment and thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented workplace. They must possess a strong passion for the fight to rise above poverty and the motivation to enact real change in an innovative and dynamic organization.

Required
High School Diploma or better in Academic.
Experience
Preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience assisting in providing career coaching and counseling, job matching and working in the field of youth workforce development. A previous knowledge of sector-based work strongly preferred Experience with capturing, logging and interpreting data is required
