Location : Oak Park, Michigan

Contract Duration : 32 weeks

Compensation : Up To $52 / Hour Based on Experience

Job Requirements

Education Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or an equivalent credential.
Certifications Requirements : Valid Michigan State Teaching Certification with a specialization in Special Education.
Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of experience working with students with ASD in an educational setting.
Other Requirements : Experience working with elementary-aged children; strong communication and collaboration skills; able to pass background checks and health screenings; flexible and adaptable in dynamic classroom environments.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students with ASD.

Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.

Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
