About the Role

The Customer Dispatch Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining a smooth and efficient service operation. You’ll manage incoming service requests, prioritize and schedule jobs, and ensure our technicians are deployed effectively throughout the day. Your communication and coordination skills will help keep our customers comfortable—and our team moving.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer inbound service calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians based on availability, priority, and location.
• Communicate appointment details to customers and field staff.
• Monitor technician status and update schedules as needed in real-time.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, job status, and customer interactions.
• Assist with service invoicing, warranty submissions, or job close-out when needed.
• Coordinate with other departments (install, parts, sales) to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide friendly, empathetic service while resolving scheduling conflicts or delays.

Salary Description : $20-$22 / Hourly DOE
