Licensed Practical Nurse - Overnight Shift

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a full-time or part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct care to clients in withdrawal management and detoxification. As a nurse in one of our 24-hour facilities you will care and support clients with substance use disorder. Overnight shifts available. New graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct assessment of health status on individual upon admission and discharge.
• Accurately chart all medications, physical, emotional, and mental status.
• Evaluate appropriate referral sources for client upon discharge.
• Participate in the development and modification of a plan of care.
• Implement physician orders.
• Perform general nursing procedures and care to clients.
• Provide oversight to clients in withdrawal regimens or clients with monitored sobriety.
• Make behavioral observations of clients and potential clients.

Requirements & Qualifications :

Pay : $24.37 - $29.24 per hour. Compensation is based on years of experience.
