Location :  Columbus, OH 43210

Contract Length :  13 weeks

Unit :  PCU (Float Pool)

Shifts :  Rotating 12 Hour Days / Nights or 12 Hour Nights Only

Orientation :

  • Week 1 : Mon–Fri, dayshift classroom / orientation
  • Weeks 2–3 : 5 bedside shifts with preceptor
  • Independent scheduling begins Week 4

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2+ years  of recent high-acuity PCU or higher-level experience
  • Oncology experience preferred but not required
  • EPIC EMR experience

    • Certifications :

  • ACLS (Required)
  • BLS (Required)
  • NIHSS (Required)

    • Patient Ratios :

  • PCU :  1 : 3 typical, may be 1 : 4 with mixed acuity
