As a Family Advocate youll build trusting relationships with families connect them with resources and support their childs success in school and in life.

What Youll Do

As a Family Advocate you will :

Partner with families to set and achieve goals that support their childs education health and well-being.

Connect families with community resources such as healthcare employment housing and social services.

Conduct family assessments develop family partnership agreements and track progress toward goals.

Support families in navigating transitions including preparing children for kindergarten.

Facilitate parent meetings workshops and events that strengthen family engagement.

Advocate for families and their needs ensuring their voices are included in program planning and decision-making.

Collaborate with teachers center staff and community partners to provide holistic support for children and families.

Bilingual (Spanish)

What You Bring :

Associates degree in Social Work Human Services Family Services or related field (Bachelors preferred).

Pass a physical exam and background check.

Valid drivers license or reliable transportation required.

Experience in family advocacy case management or community outreach preferred.
