Job Description : Reconstructive Urologist As a Reconstructive Urologist, you will : Provide comprehensive care for patients with complex urological conditions. Perform advanced reconstructive surgeries, which may include urethral reconstruction, ureteral reconstruction, surgical treatments for male urinary incontinence and erectile dysfunction, urinary diversion, and genital reconstruction. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans. Engage in clinical research and contribute to the advancement of urological care. Mentor and educate medical students, residents, and fellows. Participate in innovative treatments and minimally invasive procedures, ensuring quality patient care.
