Program Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the development and alignment of a new global repair services capability. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive clarity in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in program and process management, thrives in ambiguity, and can distill complex information into actionable plans for diverse stakeholders.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Program Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of a global repair services strategy and roadmap in partnership with regional teams.
  • Consolidate data and insights from multiple geographies to inform scalable program design.
  • Define and track program scope, timeline, success metrics, and deliverables.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment and ongoing communication.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, manage change control, and oversee progress to ensure quality and budget targets are met.
  • Translate program vision into structured documentation, timelines, and stakeholder-ready materials.
  • Capture lessons learned to inform future initiatives and improve scalability.

Program Manager Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant program or process leadership experience. Advanced degrees or equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Proven success managing complex programs with regional or global reach, preferably in a product, service, or consumer-centric industry.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and driving clarity from ambiguity.
  • Self-starter with critical thinking skills and a bias for action.
  • Comfortable creating roadmaps, defining metrics, and providing structured updates to stakeholders.

    • Compensation : Up to $62.68 / hr. (DOE)
