Marketing to maintain and develop community referral sources. Plan and attend local marketing events.

Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Acts as a physician liaison to develop and maintain a positive relationship between the referral coordinator physician and the company
• Establishes and maintains an ongoing public relations program and marketing plan to increase community understanding improve relations with physicians and other care clinicians.
• Meetswith referral coordinators / community resources on an ongoing basis to develop and maintain a positive relationship and generate referrals.
• Researches for and schedules community marketing opportunities.
• Assists colleagues with tasks as needed to ensure efficient work flow within the company.
• Implements plan of action based on staffing needs.
• Prepares and update weekly reports marketing reports.
• Utilize and maintain budget for marketing purposes.

Position Qualifications

This position requires 4 days out in the field marketing (visiting referral sources) and one day in the office.
