United Recovery Project is seeking a professional, organized, and compassionate Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain efficient office systems while supporting a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
  • Answer phones professionally and provide friendly, HIPAA-compliant communication
  • Greet and assist patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism
  • Handle patient accounting functions, including co-pays, account maintenance, and collections
  • Manage petty cash and financial logs
  • Order and maintain office and facility supplies, including Amazon and pharmacy orders
  • Create and manage patient accounts for personal funds during treatment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
  • Track and log outside visitors and group sign-in sheets
  • Ensure all financial records are accurate and complete
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to support smooth facility operations

    • Pay Range $24-$26 hourly

    Commensurate with experience.

    Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative or office management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of confidentiality laws (HIPAA) and patient rights
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Compassionate, professional, and dependable
