We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, primarily via phone. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests for assistance.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, documenting all interactions in the appropriate systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to effectively support customers.
  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure complete satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide the best service possible.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call support role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • The pay range for this role is :

    70,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote (Wichita Falls, Texas, US))
