The Opportunity :
Come with your passion, ideas, and skills, and enjoy bonuses up to 300% of new business sales in the first year for your agency! Bonuses continue for 3 years plus additional annual and quarterly bonuses.
We have a proven 3-week virtual training program offered by the University of Farmers, an award-winning corporate training organization. Our district will provide hands-on training in addition to virtual training to ensure your success. We will train you and your team members for free!
Salary Range : $250,00.00 - $450,000.00 per year
