Document Coordinator / Administrative Assistant
Selectek has an opening for a Document Coordinator / Administrative Assistant. The primary responsibilities for this role will be to coordinate and work with engineers on all project documentation along with updating the project details, including the scope of work, permit execution, and report writing.
Required :
Job order details : 90% of this job is going to be working with engineers to update and coordinate the documentation for projects. To be the best fit, this person should have previous experience with document coordination in a technical, preferably engineering, environment. The candidate will help prepare documents for bids, keep track of pay estimates and budgets, handle paperwork for funding, edit letters and reports, and update / change project details given to them by the engineers. They also will need to be willing to answer phones, print and file documents, and handle other administrative duties. This person needs to be able to take instruction and make changes to project documentation at a moments notice.
Pay range : $18 / hour - $20 / hour ($37,400 - $41,600 - no flex on this pay range)
Term of assignment : 6-month temp to perm
Location of job : Augusta, GA
Hours and shift : Monday Friday, 8AM 5PM
