Mortgage Loan QC / Underwriter – Hybrid

Innova Solutions is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Quality Control / Underwriter to join our team and ensure the accurate, compliant, and timely underwriting of first and second lien home loans. This role is critical to maintaining our commitment to excellence, regulatory compliance, and member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite conventional home loans in alignment with Credit Union guidelines, investor requirements, and federal / state regulations
• Monitor and adapt to changes in underwriting standards, regulatory policies, and private mortgage insurance guidelines
• Conduct thorough audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan files
• Deliver exceptional service to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Respond promptly to inquiries and follow through to resolution
• Ensure underwriting timelines are met based on loan volume and organizational standards
