Educating clients on the benefits of massage as part of their overall wellness program. Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs. Promoting the Lifestyle Program, Upgrading, and performing Spa Enhancement Services. Proficiency in Swedish & Deep Tissue modalities. Maintain detailed treatment records. $500.00 Referral Bonus, Paid after referred employee 90 Day Period (paid ratably over 5 months) full time hours only. Paid Training with our in-house Massage Therapy Instructor - growth opportunities in Prenatal, Oncology etc. certifications to build on your expertise. Caring Managers that Understand Your Needs. Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations. Carry massage liability insurance. Be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff. Knowledge of Swedish Massage required. Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members! Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork. Strong team player. Excellent customer service skills and work ethic. Able to work flexible days and hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Professional manner, discretion and appearance.
