Recruiting Assistant

Overview :

WAGE :   $17.50  / hour

Contribute to the hiring process by screening applicants and assisting with recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities :

• Support the  recruitment process and prepare reports .
• Screen   applications   and complete phone interviews.
• Assist with onboarding activities when necessary.
• Maintain candidate records and databases.
• Communicate with candidates and provide updates.

Qualifications :

Some college coursework preferred, especially in Human Resources

Business Administration, or a related field or   previous   experience in  Recruiting , employee relations, or HR  functions

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Ability to handle confidential information discreetly

Attention to detail and accuracy

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
