GENERAL DUTIES

  • Entering sales orders into Customer Service System and MAS 500.
  • Assists in producing quotes for customers and maintaining all quote documentation with accuracy.
  • Creates and maintains electronic job folders.
  • Communicate daily with personnel and departments throughout the entire job to ensure all required information and updates are handled seamlessly.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding the company, products, and customer information.
  • Maintain excellent work attendance
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent customer service, teamwork, and oral / written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel required
  • Experience with MAS 500 a plus
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clean and verifiable background screen and credit check
  • Be able to understand basic directions in English (required)
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required

    • PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to move within the production area and occasionally climb stairs.
  • Vision abilities requires close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth
  • Ability to hear, speak, and use hands / fingers; the repetitive motions for hands / wrists are frequent.
  • Moderately loud noise levels in plant environment.
