Contract Manager
Location : Albuquerque, NM
Compensation : $30–$40 per hour
Employment Type : Contract-to-Hire, Full-Time, Onsite (occasional remote work)
LHH is working with a national corporation in seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Manager to support their legal operations team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role is ideal for someone with strong contract management skills and a background in corporate legal administration. You will work closely with the General Counsel to streamline legal workflows and ensure compliance across contract processes.
Responsibilities
NDA Administration : Manage the end-to-end process for non-disclosure agreements, including tracking, filing, and renewal coordination
Records Management : Maintain organized and secure legal records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Contract Review & Compliance :
Process routine legal requests
Conduct first-level reviews of proposed changes to company templates
Ensure alignment with company contract playbooks and legal standards
Workflow Development :
Assist the General Counsel in preparing legal task workflows
Help design and implement templates to support legal operations
Contract Management :
Support contract lifecycle activities including drafting, tracking, and reporting
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution and compliance
Qualifications
Proven experience in a corporate legal environment, ideally in a contract manager or paralegal capacity
Strong understanding of contract law and legal document management
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal management systems
Pay Details : $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
